Our HCA PTO's Elementary Girls Dance is happening January 17th from 5–7 pm, and it’s going to be a night full of sparkle, fun, and disco magic!
To make sure every family can participate, we’ve reimagined the traditional father–daughter dance into a “grown-up and me” celebration. It’s a special chance for our elementary girls to make memories with one important adult in their lives — whether that’s dad, a grandparent, a guardian, or a family friend. 💙💛
👨👧👧If you have more than one child attending (for example, one adult bringing two daughters), additional child tickets are available!

💧Good news — the water issue has been fully resolved, and we are all set for a normal day of school tomorrow!
🎺 Tonight’s Middle/High Band Concert is still happening at 6 PM, and we can’t wait to cheer on our performers! 🎶
-High School performers should report at 4:00 PM
-Middle School performers should report at 5:15 PM
-Ms. Steen’s class should report at 5:30 PM
⚠️ Because of today’s unexpected closure, there are a few lunch updates for tomorrow. Please check your email for all the details, especially if your student ordered Chick-fil-A or pizza.

❗️HCA Families — Important Update for Today (12/4), mandatory dismissal 10:15am❗️
We were just notified of a water main break in our area, and the water company has informed us that our campus will be without water for approximately four hours. While we currently have limited water access, it will continue to decrease over the next hour.
📣 All students (Elementary, Middle, and High) will dismiss early today beginning at 10:15 AM.
Please make plans to pick up your child through the regular car line as soon as possible.
There will be no After Care today.
🎶 Elementary Winter Concerts at 10:30am and 12pm will be rescheduled. We will share new dates as soon as they are confirmed.
🎺 At this time, the 6pm Middle/High Band Concert is still scheduled, and we will update you immediately if that changes.

Happy December! Somehow this month is short, busy, and magical all at the same time—and we’re diving right in. The biggest headline of the week: Continuing Enrollment Season is officially here! This is one of the most important things we do all year, so thank you in advance for jumping in early.

Our Middle School Winter Dance: Jingle Jam Pajama Party is happening Saturday, December 13th from 6–8 PM in the HCA Gym. Students can come dressed in their favorite (school-appropriate) holiday pajamas and enjoy music from DJ Miracle, a hot chocolate bar, and lots of festive treats.

Speaking of community, 12/2 is Giving Tuesday, and we’d love to offer a simple way to spread that Village kindness even further. Our Toys for Tots bins — located in the elementary entryway and outside the guidance office in middle/high — are bare, and this is our final week before collections.
If your family is able, sending in a new, unwrapped toy would make a huge difference. Let’s fill those bins and share a little magic with kids across our community! 💛🎁💙
Today is a day when many pause to reflect on gratitude, and we want to share ours with you. We are deeply thankful for the students, families, staff, and partners who pour so much heart into HCA all year long.
