An agenda for each meeting will be posted below at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. All are welcome to join us; we can't wait to see you!

Have something you want discussed at the next HCA Board meeting? Use the form below to contact the Board President by noon the day prior to the next meeting.

Persons wishing to speak during the Public Comment portion of a Board meeting must sign-up prior to by submitting a request on the school website before noon on the last school day prior to the day of the meeting.  Each speaker will be limited to five minutes during the Public Comment section of the meeting, and a maximum of 10 speakers will be permitted to offer public comment. Speakers may not make defamatory comments about students, staff, or Board members or use obscene language or profanity.  Speakers may not mention students by name, unless the student is the speaker’s own child.  Speakers shall not ask questions of Board members. The Board will not respond or take any immediate action on the comments presented.  We sincerely appreciate your cooperation
