Handbooks and Physical Forms
A new athletic handbook is coming soon, check back before the start of the school year for the 2022-2023 Athletic Handbook.
Any middle school or high school students wishing to try-out for 2022-2023 sports will need to have a physical completed. Sports physicals are only good for 1 year. Download the sports physical form for the coming school year in the files section below.
