Elementary Intervention
Elementary Team, Intervention/Special Education Support Team

Lauren Woodward will be teaching sixth grade ELA. This school year is her fourteenth year of teaching. She began by teaching 4-K and taught the rest in second grade. She received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from USC-Aiken in 2007 and a Master's degree in Reading and Literacy (grades K-6) from Walden University in 2015.

She and her husband, Kevin live in Aiken and have a fur baby, Mollie. She loves the Gamecocks, cooking, reading, completing word searches, and spending time with family and friends. She loves teaching because she enjoys watching her students learn and grow throughout the year. “It also gives me joy to develop lasting relationships with my students and hearing about their successes even after they have left my classroom.”
