Jaq Cochran-Birchmore
My name is Jacqueline Cochran Birchmore, but you can call me "Mrs. Jax." I am married to my wonderful husband, Dale, and we have two children, Bre and Caleb. We also have our two fur babies, Jeb and Loretta Odean. I have been teaching for 13 years, which is the start of my 14th year in the education profession. I have also been a part of this wonderful family, we call HCA, for 12 of my 13 years of teaching experience. It has been a great pleasure to teach at this exceptional school. I couldn't imagine teaching anywhere else. I graduated from Barnwell High School in 2001 and USC-Aiken in 2006, with my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I have a passion for mathematics and helping the students flourish in any way I can. I am looking forward to this new adventure of being a part of the 6th grade team. I have mainly taught 3-5th grade, but I have explored teaching Middle School Science as well. I cannot wait to start a new school year and polish those math skills with each of my students.
