Tammy Palmer is returning this year to teach second grade. This school year is her 23rd year teaching in Aiken County and her 5th year at HCA. She feels blessed to be a part of an amazing team.
She loves the flexibility and dedication to excellence, Horse Creek embraces. “I love seeing the joy in my students'eyes when that light bulb goes on, and they learn something new!”
