2021 – 2022 Open Enrollment Lottery!

Lottery Application for 2021 – 2022 new student enrollment has begun! See below for more info!

Enrollment Information:
Enrollment period: January 4th-February 5th
Lottery: Held February 26th at 6:30 pm via Facebook Live

A laptop will be placed in the foyer daily from 9 am to 2 pm.

NOTE: REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID, EVEN IF YOU LATER CHOOSE TO GIVE UP YOUR CHILD”S SPOT.

Disclaimer for Parents:
Please be advised that if you falsify any information during registration or enrollment, your child’s
application will be null and void, and admittance will be revoked. Any applications found to be
falsified will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist.

Info about Lotterease:
Parents, please be advised we will be using a third-party system, Lotterease, to run our
enrollment lottery for transparency and fairness. Since Lotterease is an independent system, the
school staff do not have the ability to manipulate or adjust the lottery outcome. In addition, all
activity that takes place with your application is tracked in a history log that you can view at any
time by logging into the parent portal.

After our open registration period closes, we will be uploading all applications into Lotterease. At
that time, you will receive emails that an account has been created for you and your child(ren)
and that they were entered into the lottery. You will be able to login to your account and change
the password once it is created. For future years, you can use this same account, so please keep
your login information.

NOTE: Please be sure to add Horse_Creek_Academy@lotterease.com as an email contact to ensure
important emails do not go to spam. Horse Creek Academy is not responsible for emails or
deadlines that are missed.

Lottery Results:
After the lottery is run on February 26th, you will receive an email and a text message if your child
was selected, and an email if your child was waitlisted.

    Hello. Is there an waiting list or just apply for the school year?

      Hey, If you are interested in a spot for the 2021-2022 school year then you’ll need to apply via Lotterease. It is lottery based and the drawing will be held on February 26th at 6:30 pm.

    So the only thing we enroll on is the Lottorease? Theres no additional app? and how do we pay the fee?

      For open enrollment at this time it’s just lotterease. Once accepted there will be an additional form. You don’t pay a registration fee until after the lottery once your child gets in.
